Ingredients

prepared mustard (I use French's regular or use Dijon if you like)
seasoned salt
lemon pepper
1 to 100 pieces chicken breasts (with bone in)
Preparation

Remove skin and fat from each piece of chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
Cut each piece across thickness of breasts, 2 to 3 cuts.
Brush medium coat of mustard on both sides of chicken. Salt liberally with both seasoned salt and lemon pepper.
Place chicken in deep baking dish, bone side down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender and brown (do not cover).
Turn once to brown both sides. Cooking time is 45 minutes to 1 hour.
