Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 c. cooked rice or 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
bell peppers
tomato juice
Preparation

Saute onion, add hamburger meat and cook until no longer pink. Remove from heat.
Add rice, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce.
Set aside.
Remove tops, membrane and seeds from bell peppers.
Drop the peppers into salted boiling water for five minutes.
Remove and cool in cold water.
Drain and then fill with meat mixture.
Place into a deep casserole and cover with tomato juice.
Bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
