Chicken Cheddar Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    2 c. fresh broccoli, cut
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts until done.
    Tear meat off bone in bite size pieces.
    Cook broccoli until half done, drain and put into square 8-inch baking dish.
    In small saucepan, melt margarine, add bouillon cube and flour.
    Cook 1 minute, then add milk, salt and pepper.
    Stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Add chicken pieces and mushrooms to this and spread over broccoli.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
