Beef Tips Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    3/4 to 1 c. soy sauce
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    2 c. rice, cooked
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Cut beef into thin strips, 2 to 3-inches long.
    Toss with 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy sauce and the meat tenderizer.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to use.
    Fry over medium heat until done.
    Cut green pepper and onion into rings. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup soy sauce until tender. Saute rice in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup soy sauce until coated well.
    Place rice on platter; layer onion and beef on top, then cover with beef tips.
