Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen vegetables (mixed)
1 pie crust
Preparation

Bake crust 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
