Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix (fix as indicated on box)
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain in sieve.
    Press out as much moisture as possible.
    Combine spinach and dressing.
    Mix Parmesan cheese, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze. After balls are completely frozen, remove and store in plastic bags in freezer.
    To serve, place balls on cookie sheet; bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (7 to 10 minutes for unfrozen) or until lightly browned.
    Serve hot.
