Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    3/4 c. quick rolled oats (uncooked)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Wash and separate 12 large cabbage leaves from the head.
    Drop in 2-quarts boiling water. Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes or until limp; drain well. Combine beef and remaining ingredients. Place about 1/2 cup meat mixture on each cabbage leaf. Roll leaf tightly and secure with toothpicks.
