Greek Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. uncooked spaghetti, linguine or fettuccine
2 Tbsp. (or less) olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
12 Greek or Italian style black olives
1 tsp. dried oregano
juice of 1 lemon
1/3 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese (or combination)
4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add onion and garlic; saute 1 to 2 minutes.
