Iced Cucumber And Mint Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hard-boiled egg, grated and chopped
    1/4 lb. small shrimp, peeled and cooked
    3 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    salt
    2 tsp. fresh mint
Preparation
    Put yogurt in a bowl; add tomato juice, chicken stock and heavy cream.
    Mix together.
    Add garlic, salt and mint.
    Mix again.
    Add grated egg, shrimp and cucumbers.
    Chill before serving for 1 to 2 hours.
    Garnish with hard-boiled eggs (chopped) and chopped fresh mint.
