Potato Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash style potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream or King sour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. melted margarine (1/2 c.)
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    3 to 4 stems celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 lb. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk or enough to moisten
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Baking Temperature: 350\u00b0.
    Baking Time: 20 minutes.
