Spaghetti Aglia D'Olio - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente
6 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Crush garlic and saute for 10 minutes in oil.
Strain garlic remnants from the oil after 10 minutes and add some (your call) oregano, basil and parsley to oil.
Add flavored oil to the well-drained spaghetti and toss well.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4.
