Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. walnuts or pecans, diced
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
