Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced peaches, drained (unsweetened fresh or canned)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt (optional)
    dash of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place the peaches in a 9-inch pie pan or shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
    In a bowl, blend the dry ingredients.
    Cut in the margarine with two knives or a pastry blender to make a coarse, crumbly texture. Spread over the peaches.
    Bake about 30 minutes.
    If desired, top each serving with a tablespoon of yogurt and a dash of cinnamon. Yield:
    6 servings.
