Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt
    1 c. onion, chopped with 1 bell pepper
    3 baking potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with seasonings.
    Add onion and bell pepper. Peel potatoes and slice very thin.
    Grease deep casserole dish. Drain meat mixture.
    Place layer of potatoes on bottom of dish. Add layer of sour cream.
    Alternate layers until dish is full. Top with grated cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
