Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. Burgundy (water may be substituted)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Simmer in crock-pot for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve over egg noodles.
