Diane And Bob Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium large potatoes
    1 stick butter or oleo
    milk
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 stalks celery
    1 small onion
    1 c. bread croutons, seasoned
    2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cook (boil) until done.
    Mash using 1/3 stick butter, sour cream and enough milk to make them smooth.
    Keep warm. Dice onion and celery.
    In frying pan melt remaining butter.
    Add thyme, salt, pepper, onion and celery.
    Saute until transparent. Add cooked vegetables to potatoes.
    Then add grated cheese and croutons.
    Mix. Heat thoroughly in oven (375\u00b0) for approximately 1/2 hour.
    Serve hot.
    Great plain or with gravy.
