Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 c. cooked rice
1 head lettuce
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. tomatoes, canned
salt and pepper
1 stalk pepper, chopped
Preparation

Cut up cabbage, simmer in a little water.
When cooked, drain and reserve liquid.
Brown meat with onion, garlic and celery for 10 minutes, drain.
Add tomatoes, seasonings and rice.
Mix well. In an oblong casserole bowl or pan, layer cabbage, then meat. Pour liquid over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
