Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 to 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 c. raw apples, chopped
Preparation
    Mix well the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Add flour and fold in 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans.
    Add in chopped raw apples. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a tube pan for 1 hour or until done.
