Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. Ritz crackers (10 crushed)
    1/4 c. crumbled cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli in salt water.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Then blend in flour and cheese.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Place in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
