Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. lukewarm water
    5 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix together yeast, sugar and lukewarm water.
    In small bowl mix self-rising flour and Crisco.
    In another bowl mix buttermilk and soda.
    Mix yeats and buttermilk mixture.
    Add flour mixture. Beat well with large spoon.
    Cover and let rise in refrigerator. Use as needed.
    (Do not knead this.)
    Dip out by tablespoon into Crisco greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
