Carrot Ginger Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. carrot juice (6 to 10 carrots)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. ginger juice or 2 inches chopped ginger
    2 fillets light whitefish
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Spray nonstick pan with Pam on medium-high heat.
    Lightly brown fish on both sides (approximately 1 minute each side).
    Add carrot juice and ginger juice; let fish poach for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Garnish with paprika.
