Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 c. Bisquick original mix
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease bottom of muffin pan.
Can use paper baking cups.
Beat egg.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except for blueberries, until good and moist.
Add blueberries. Spoon batter evenly into cups.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from pan.
Makes 12 muffins.
