Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
oil for frying
powdered sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oil several inches deep in deep fat fryer or electric skillet to 375\u00b0.
Beat eggs; add milk.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Stir milk and egg mixture into flour; beat until smooth. Pour mixture into funnel with finger covering hole.
Hold over hot oil and let it swirl into the oil making zigzag motions.
Cook until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Dust with powdered sugar.
