Avocado Salad Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados, halved and pitted
    12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cubed Muenster cheese
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Carefully scoop avocado from shell and dice meat.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Spoon salad into avocado shells to serve.
    Serves 6.
