Pawnbroker'S Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooked imitation crab meat
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (Italian style)

Preparation

Mix all together and shape into patties; roll them in bread crumbs.
Saute over low heat about 5 minutes, turning now and then.
These freeze well and are good!
