Cajun Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried beans
    3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano or thyme
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 lb. salt pork
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Sort and wash beans.
    Cover with water and let soak overnight. Add salt pork to beans.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Stir in all other ingredients, except sausage and rice.
    Brown sausage in skillet. Drain grease.
    Add to beans and cook 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
