Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bowls boiled beef (no-fat), shredded
5 bowls apples (Jonathan or Winesap), ground coarse
5 bowls sugar
1 bowl vinegar
1 bowl cider
1 bowl suet, ground medium
2 bowls raisins, seedless
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. ground cloves
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
juice of 3 lemons
rum to taste (optional)
Preparation

Mix well and refrigerate.
Will keep a month.
