Peanut Star Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. coconut pecan frosting
36 milk chocolate stars

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well.
Stir in frosting mix.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press a star into each drop. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 3 dozen.
