Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10.8 oz.) tube refrigerated biscuit dough
    1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and shredded
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 and grease large cookie pan. Pop out biscuit dough and pat on the pan like a pizza crust. Cover dough with sausage, potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Carefully pour over pizza and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it sets. Serve immediately.
