Sugarless Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
3 c. carrots
1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Mix oil, honey, eggs and vanilla well.
Add flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Mix in carrots and nuts.
Pour in a greased Bundt pan.
Bake 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
