Meat And Vegetable Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 green peppers
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. corn
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Mix beef with all ingredients but peppers, then stuff peppers with mixture.
    Place upright in baking dish; add water.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
