Brunch Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Dole crushed pineapple in juice
    8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 1 teaspoon juice.
    Beat pineapple and juice with remaining ingredients.
    Spread over toasted bagels, English muffins or wheat bread.
