Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour (see note below)
    3 heaping tbsp. of sugar
    One 12 oz. bottle or can of any beer, preferably one that has not been refrigerated
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan.
    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and beer.
    Stir the mix for five minutes, until it's smooth and bubble free.
    If the mix seems dry and hard to stir, splash a little water.
