Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. milk
dash of salt
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Combine heavy cream, milk, sugar and salt in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat. Soften gelatin in cold water and stir into cream mixture. When gelatin is dissolved, beat in the sour cream with rotary beater or whisk only until thoroughly blended and smooth. Add flavoring and gently fold in blueberries.
Pour mixture into individual molds.
