Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-lb. can cut sweet potatoes in syrup
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2-1/2 cups biscuit mix
Preparation
    Blend potatoes and syrup until smooth.
    Add sugar, milk and eggs, beat well.
    Add cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and biscuit mix.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into a well-greased 9x13 pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour or until done.
