Christmas Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 large button mushrooms
    2 small cans clams, drained
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    2 sprigs fresh parsley, well minced
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    Spike seasoning to taste
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. black olives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Trim stems from mushrooms; scoop out the centers and mince fine. Mix the minced mushrooms with rest of ingredients. Stuff into center of each mushroom. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven until brown on top.
