Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. diced onion
    3 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and torn in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. uncooked rice (use directions on box)
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat in heavy saucepan.
    Saute onion and curry powder in melted butter.
    Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat; stir in
    chicken broth and milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring
    constantly.
    Boil one minute.
    Add chicken and lemon juice.
    Heat.
    Serve sauce over cooked rice.
