Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    scant tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar.
    Add other ingredients.
    Brush unbaked pie crust with egg white before pouring in filling.
    Cook for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and cook until knife inserted comes out clean.
