Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized cubes
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can fried onion rings
Preparation
    Mix first 13 ingredients together and place in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with fried onion rings that have been crushed. Bake 5 minutes more. Can be doubled or tripled and can be made ahead. Serves 8.
