Hot Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. flour
    7 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth; pour in square pan.
    Combine the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and cocoa.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Bake 40 minutes, until middle is almost set.
    Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan on top.
