Squash Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 small or 3 large yellow squash
3/4 c. finely chopped onions
3/4 to 1 c. flour
3/4 to 1 c. corn meal

Preparation

Cut, boil and mash squash like mashed potatoes.
Mix until consistency of hush puppies.
Drop in hot grease and cook until brown.
