Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, slightly cooked
1 green pepper, diced
2 onions, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Partially cook carrots.
Dice carrots and green pepper.
Add other ingredients.
Allow to stand in refrigerator at least a couple of days.
Lasts for up to 2 weeks.
