Night-Before Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread (crusts removed)
    6 to 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    6 slices American cheese
    6 slices boiled or baked ham
    prepared mustard
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. milk
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Spread bread with butter; place 6 slices in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top each bread slice with a slice of cheese and ham; brush with mustard.
    Place the remaining bread slices, buttered side up, over mustard.
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Pour over all.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with parsley.
