Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels (49 to 50)
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    pecan halves
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels, milk and butter in double boiler.
    Arrange pecan halves on buttered baking sheet.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon caramel mixture over each 4 nuts.
    Refrigerate uncovered for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate chips; spoon over each turtle to cover.
    Makes 24.
