Country Style Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 dash garlic salt
    1 medium onion
    2 c. rice
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato juice
Preparation
    Steam cabbage to loosen leaves. Mix ground beef, onion, salt and uncooked rice. Make small balls and wrap in cabbage leaves. Pour tomato juice in cooker and add the rolls. Bring to a boil. Add tomato sauce and 2 c. water. Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes. Turn heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
