Noodles With Corned Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. medium noodles
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of pepper
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
12 oz. can Libby's corned beef
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Melt butter and stir in flour.
Add milk.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles and thickens.
Stir in horseradish, salt, mustard and pepper.
Add thawed peas and the noodles.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Slice corned beef into 6 slices and arrange over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 5.
