Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    5 1/2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat egg and milk together and add to flour mixture. Blend. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling broth and cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
