Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
2 c. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
2 cartons sour cream
Preparation

Boil potatoes, peel and grate.
Melt butter and cheese (don't cook).
Take from fire, stir in sour cream and pour over potatoes. Put in buttered pan and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
