Cheese, Bacon And Onion Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
6 slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 small onion, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain; place in pie shell.
Saute onion in bacon fat until browned.
Drain fat. Stir in eggs, milk, cream, cheese and seasonings.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
Serve warm.
