French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. consomme soup
    4 circles buttered dry toast
    1/2 c. buttered dry toast
Preparation
    Fry onions in butter until light brown.
    Add consomme and cook for 20 minutes.
    Place toast in a bowl; pour in soup and sprinkle with cheese.
